Refund Policy
1. General
This refund policy applies to all consulting services booked through our website www.hostronaut.de.
By completing a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Cancellations and refunds
2.1 Full refund:
The customer will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled consultation appointment.
2.2 No full refund in case of short-term cancellation:
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled appointment, the full agreed fee is due. A (partial) refund is excluded in these cases unless the customer can prove that the provider has suffered no or only minor damages.
2.3 Rescheduling:
A free rescheduling of the booked appointment is possible up to 48 hours before the consultation begins. After that, it is at the discretion of the provider whether a rescheduling is accepted.
3. No-show
If the customer does not appear at the agreed appointment time and does not cancel or reschedule in a timely manner, any right to a refund will be forfeited.
4. Termination of service provision
If the consultation is terminated at the customer's request during the consultation, no pro rata refund will be made unless the provider is at fault.
5. Refund process
5.1 Refunds will be made within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation using the same payment method used for booking.
5.2 Any bank charges or payment service provider fees may be deducted from the refund amount, unless the provider is responsible for them.
